2. TrueDepth API and Face Data
Our app uses the TrueDepth camera through Apple's ARKit framework solely for the "BubbleAR" augmented reality feature.
2.1 What Information is Processed
When you use the front camera in BubbleAR mode, we use ARFaceTrackingConfiguration to enable real-time AR rendering. The TrueDepth camera tracks the position of your device relative to your face to correctly position AR bubble animations in 3D space.
2.2 How This Information is Used
- Face tracking data is processed in real-time on your device only to render AR content (bubbles) on the camera feed.
- The data is used solely to position AR objects correctly in 3D space relative to the camera.
- This creates an engaging, interactive bubble-blowing AR experience.
2.3 Data Storage and Sharing
- NO face data, facial geometry, facial expressions, or biometric identifiers are collected, stored, or recorded.
- NO face data is transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
- All face tracking data is processed locally on your device and is immediately discarded after each frame.
- We do NOT create facial profiles, store biometric data, or use face data for identification purposes.
2.4 User Control
- Camera access can be revoked at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera.
- The BubbleAR feature is entirely optional; the app functions fully without it.
- You can use the back camera in BubbleAR mode, which does not use TrueDepth technology.
3. Photo Library Access
3.1 Purpose
We request Photo Library access to allow you to:
- Save your artwork and creations to your device
- Save AR photos and videos from BubbleAR
3.2 What We Access
- We only write images to your Photo Library when you explicitly choose to save.
- We do NOT read, scan, analyze, or upload any existing photos from your library.
- All saved images remain on your device under your control.
